Reasonable amount of revisions allowed in rough sketch stage.
MAJOR changes, (e.g. redrawing the character pose or outfit completely) AFTER a sketch is agreed upon may incur an ADDITIONAL FEE.✦ REFUNDS ✦

Once work on the art is progressing NO REFUNDS unless I am unable to finish.✦ LICENCING & COPYRIGHT ✦
I, as the artist, retain copyright to the work and the ability to include it in my portfolio or post it on my social media.
If you would prefer I don’t share a project for a limited time (waiting for art reveal or publishing day) I may agree to wait.
If you are interested in NDA agreements for a project so that I NEVER share or mention it at all we can discuss a contract for you purchasing full copyright.
You as the commissioner are given a license to use the artwork I make.
There are two types of this license:PERSONAL USE = for fun, icon, avatar, desktop backgrounds, personal prints, gifts etc
COMMERCIAL USE = intent to profit. printing merchandise, prints for sale, book covers etc.You may not claim creation of or use AI on my content under either version of this license.✦ AI POLICY ✦
I do not use AI at any stage in creating artwork. Every piece is 100% hand drawn in Procreate on an iPad. I will give you updates on your art with sketches and constant communication. A speedpaint will always be available upon request as well. If unsure, I also encourage you to go to my Instagram or Youtube to see my process on previous pieces. I often post speedpaints for my art on those platforms.

If you do not have any art or photo references for your idea, filling out as much as you can in this template will help a lot!
